Getting started

You've been invited to LossScout.

Here's what happens next. Your invitation email walks you through creating your account. This 3-minute video shows every step, from opening the email to adding your team.

  1. Watch for your invitation emailIt comes from LossScout with the subject "You have been invited to LossScout." Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
  2. Create your accountClick the link in the email. Your login is the email address the invitation was sent to. The link works once and expires after 72 hours.
  3. Choose how you get alertedText message, WhatsApp or Telegram. We recommend choosing just one, since each sends the same alert.
  4. Connect Telegram, if you chose itOne tap on your phone, or scan the QR code from a computer.
  5. Add your teamOwners and admins can invite teammates from the Team page and choose each person's role.
